Is your business Working Well? An introduction to our full-funded training & support program.
How confident are you in supporting the wellbeing of your teams?
Are you ready to start planning for staff wellbeing into the future?
We know it’s a busy time, but in the wake of COVID-19, it’s never been more critical to address the mental and physical wellbeing of staff. Stress can prevent us from being fully-focused and doing our best work. Left unaddressed, stress can lead to burnout, disengagement, sick days, and strained relationships with colleagues.
Being proactive about mental health and wellbeing support at work canoffer a potential return on investment of up to 5:1 and bring about tangible improvements in teamwork, individual productivity and staff retention.
It can be difficult to know how to write a Wellbeing Policy, or how to change your structures to support individuals who are struggling. It’s hard to balance business needs and deadlines with stress reduction and team development. Our Working Well Programme involves 3 simple steps to improve your practice and increase your confidence to address wellbeing.
Our Working Well Programme can be completed in as little as one or two months - you have up to six months to complete the three stages - all of which are free-of-charge for SMEs that are eligible under ESF funding (see registration form).
Our Working Well Programme is free of charge to Small-to-Medium Enterprises in Anglesey, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Pembrokeshire, thanks to funding from the Welsh Government and European Social Fund. To-date we have supported almost 300 businesses with our fully-funded training and consultancy.
This session will be delivered in both English and Welsh - in separate "breakout rooms" - you will be asked as you join the meeting which session you would like to join.
**As our training is part-funded by the ESF through Welsh Government, this session is ONLY open to organisations based in our specified area of Wales, and who meet the definition of SME as per the registration form**
Our In-Work Support Service provides free wellbeing support and therapies for employed and self-employed people, and supports small and medium sized business to improve wellbeing in the workplace.
We look forward to working with you to support the wellbeing of your business
